On the road to Oregon

Monday, June 9
We are finally on the long road to Oregon. Today we left Lubbock and my sister's house around 6am to hit the road with the goal of reaching Flagstaff, Arizona before days end. We went through New Mexico without to many stops, boy does is my butt tired. We entered the grand state of Arizona by heading through the painted desert and petrified forest. Wow!! God's hand was definitely on this place. The colors in the desert were spectacular and the forest was amazing. How mighty is our God and how glorious are his creations. We arrived at our destination about 7pm and headed for a place to relax and prepare for the next days travels.
